Aids, not authoritative sources

The apps are provided as pilot aids only. They are not a substitute for your operator's official documentation, published charts, current NOTAMs, or applicable regulations. Always cross-check any figure, procedure, or reference against your operator's OM-A, OM-B, FCOM, QRH and the current published sources before acting on it.

Do not rely solely on the apps

Do not use these apps as your sole source for any operational decision. The pilot in command retains full responsibility for the safe conduct of the flight. If the app's output conflicts with an authoritative source, the authoritative source prevails.

Data accuracy

Content in the apps (checklists, reference material, calculators, briefing prompts) is provided in good faith and to the best of the author's knowledge at the time of release. Aviation data changes constantly — procedures, regulations, chart NOTAMs and operator manuals are updated regularly. No warranty is made as to the currency, accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any content in the apps.

No warranty, no liability

The apps are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the author accepts no liability for any loss, damage, injury, delay, incident, or consequence arising from the use of, or reliance on, the apps or any content within them.

Not affiliated with any operator or manufacturer

These apps are independent third-party tools, developed privately by a working line pilot. They are not endorsed, sponsored, approved, or affiliated with Emirates, Airbus, Boeing, Lido / Lufthansa Systems, or any other operator, manufacturer, or regulatory body mentioned within them. All product names, logos, and brands are property of their respective owners and are used for reference only.

Not for use in place of authorised EFB tools

Where your operator mandates the use of a specific Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), authorised charting solution, or approved calculator, that tool must be used. These apps are for personal reference and study — they are not a replacement for authorised operational software.
